	You have +1 dockyard
	Your city adjacent to two hexes of sea and / or ocean is called a port. A port has +1 hit points Your units move to hexes adjacent to the port, spending 0 movement points Your vessels can move into and through the port
	When gathering resources of a certain type, gain 1 for each of your vessels adjacent to a hex of the corresponding terrain type
	In the achievements phase, gain 1 for each unexplored province adjacent to your provinces
